The story of the diss:
I went on a radio show.
I got a follow on Insta by someone.
I listened to their writing and loved.
I asked to work and they said okay.
Then I got manic and overdid the messages.
They got overwhelmed and told me so.
I kept on losing it cos new importance of this particular link
They said; "I though you had a song with Homeboy Sandman, I must've made that up in my head"
ie I though you are cool, I guess you're actuals just another kook out here
It took me the best part of 10 years from asking Homeboy through working with his sister Natalie on two covers for my works until he agreed to do the feature out of aroha and whānaungahood.
THE OG in me got furious, the lil man called Slim Davey wrote a verse without intention of sharing or recording it.
Then I went and recorded everything with Ramando P at Huntaway Sound, Glen Eden. It cost me money.
Then I ridiculously sent it to the person in a moment of manic furore.
Took me 6 months to hear the retorts, brilliant as some parts of them are.
After this I penned albums and a blog post and just hammered it
Following that I was issued a cease and desist email
Following this Lani rung my Mum and told me her friend Nat who I met in 2005ish is their older sis and that they are scared of me; I felt awful about going in on them, therefore beef is entirely squashed (if there is one; all I can say is I got manic and Slim Davey felt battley).

This stays up apart from some improvements which I will make to the OG recording. I ain't recording with the BENGINEER at fucking RED BULL we be in a converted garage WEST WEST.
